I thought it would be fun to ask my fellow bloggers, friends, and family what would be on their grown-up Christmas list. I received so many responses that I have been able to include them in more than one post. For my fellow bloggers, I included links to their blogs. Check them out! Here is Grown-Up Christmas List Part 3.
"Do you remember me
I sat upon your knee
I wrote to you with childhood fantasies
Well I'm all grown up now
And still need help somehow
I'm not a child but my heart still can dream
So here's my lifelong wish
My grown-up Christmas list
Not for myself but for a world in need
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end, no
This is my grown-up Christmas list
As children, we believe
The grandest sight to see
Was something lovely wrapped beneath the tree
But Heaven only knows
That packages and bows
Can never heal a heart ached human soul"

Grown-Up Christmas List Part 3
“I’d love a private jet and a few million to travel the world in style but also I’d love for the harm that we are doing to the planet to stop.” –https://anaelena.blog/
“To be honest, at this point I’d really like the peace of mind. I’m pregnant with our second and far more nervous than I was with my first that something will happen.” –http://wineinmydiaperbag.com/
“My Christmas wish would be a donation to two amazing nonprofits that are dear to me. Both are always in need of funds. They are 100% volunteer and their members work tirelessly for their cause. RVR Horse Rescue saves, rehabilitates, and rehomes abused and neglected horses from all over the state of Florida and beyond, and Empowered Youth USA is literally saving lives of poverty-stricken teen boys who have started down the path of crime and/or drugs in inner-city Miami. A fun Christmas wish would be a Mediterranean cruise!” –Finding God Among Us
“On my list would be a trip to England and one interruption-free evening a week to paint.” –In the Mommy Trenches
“I just went back to work as a full-time nurse this week. What I need right now is a coupon for a free meal or easy to make meals for my family. I also want a restful sleep. Also, since I can wish anything… I wish for a magic pill that can make me fit into my pre-pregnancy scrubs and casual clothes overnight, so I don’t have to buy a new wardrobe. Seriously, a healthy family, physically, emotionally and mentally, is more than enough for me.” –This Sunny Life
“I would love to hire someone to clean my house, a private chef and personal trainer, please!!!! And on a more serious note, a trip to Italy with my entire family.” –Our Tiny Nest
“I’d love a quiet morning with kids sleeping in late so I could read, write and stare off to a beautiful view” –Loving You Big

“I wish that we could all feel like kids again at heart!” –Kid Congeniality
“I want a weekend like I had before kids. A weekend mostly in PJs, quiet, boredom, TV, sleep and the only decision is where we should go for dinner or what bar to meet our friends at. And a laundress would be nice too!” -Amy
“ I’d want stuff for my kids. So this year, desks, gaming computers or the components to build them, fancy gaming chairs… it’s what they’d love more than anything else but the cost of that will be huge on top of having to set up home, furniture, etc this December ( home for the first time after 6 years of traveling). They deserve it after putting up with patchy WiFi in the Himalayas and going to Everest Base Camp with me 2 weeks ago. Something fun…for me… ( I honestly don’t want anything ) but… I’d like a gardener for a week to come and make my garden beautiful again. Haven’t seen it in 6 years but I doubt it will be as I left it.” –World Travel Family
“Sleep, heavenly uninterrupted sleep. And a cleaning fairy to come to visit my house on a weekly basis.” –Attic Girl
“Christmas is a really tough time for me. I lost my mother to breast cancer just after Christmas 10 years ago this year. My last memories of her last Christmas she wore sunglasses the entire day and a Santa hat. She smiled through the pain and I will never get the image out of my head of the cancer tumor protruding off of her collarbone. I didn’t understand death then like I do now. I didn’t understand what it would feel like every Christmas after she was gone. My Christmas wish every year since then is to get one more Christmas with her. I’d snuggle up with her all day drinking tea and embed that into my memory forever.” –Whitney in Wonderland
“My grown-up Christmas wish is for my children to grow up to be Godly people, selfless husbands and wives, loving sons and daughters, excellent dads and moms, close brothers and sisters, and good neighbors. And for them to see that relationships are always more important than stuff. In the immediate future, a magical housecleaning wand would be nice.” –In Our Pond

“I would like a shopping spree at Williams Sonoma and I’d love to have all of my family in one place for Christmas.” –The Mindful Nutritionista

“I’d love a mama-only night in a hotel. Room service, an on-site spa, a good book and 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Sounds like bliss!” –Little House Lovely Home

Or- I’d love to buy a huge sailboat and travel around the world blogging! Serious: Erin Condren Life Planner, gift cards to stores I’d actually use for myself (clothing boutiques). A spa day…” –The Working Mom Collective
